- Something's broken. Tell us what you tapped and what happened — that's usually enough to find it the same day.
- An idea. Most of what's in the app now came from someone saying "it should do this". The feed, the ability to swear your pledge again, longer replies — all of it started as a message.
- Something on the wall that shouldn't be there. Every post and reply has a report option built in, and two reports hide it immediately — but if something needs a human, this is where to reach one.
- It helped. You don't have to. But it's the thing that keeps this getting built.
Before you write
You don't have to tell us who you are. The app is anonymous and so is this — an alias is fine, no alias at all is fine. And please don't send anything you wouldn't want sitting in an inbox: we'd rather have a vague message than have you regret a specific one.
If you're in crisis, please don't email us and wait. Call a local helpline or a professional — they can help tonight, and this inbox might not be read until tomorrow.
What we can't do
We're not therapists and RewireHeaven isn't medical care. We can't advise on your situation, and it would do you harm to try. What we can do is fix the thing, build the thing, and answer honestly about how it works. For the rest, a licensed professional — look for CBT or ACT — is the strongest move there is.
